Sunday 11th September 2011 is the date set for the anual Brereton Wheelers Club Track Championship.
The format will probably be similal to 2010 but with a view to handicapping more to even out events.

Sunday 22nd August 2010 is the date set for this years Brereton Wheelers Track Championship.
Where club members to experienced the thrills of track racing and to developed their skills for riding fixed wheel (that’s where you have to pedal all the time and there is no free wheel).
After a period of introduction and instruction of track etiquette the riders tested their skills in a small medley of tailored events from individual sprints to group races to determine who would be the Brereton Wheelers Track Champion for 2010.

The championships was decided with an omnium of the following disciplines:
200m TT Sprint
400m TT (one lap of the track)
2K pursuit
Devil take the hindmost (last one over the line either each or every other lap is knocked out)
Keirin race behind a derney motor bike
Finish with 10 lap points race – double points last lap.
